Released shortly before Christmas, The Holiday by Hans Zimmer receives a great vinyl pressing from Varѐse Sarabande.

Many people, when they think Hans Zimmer they don’t think of romantic comedies or light Christmas films. Well The Holiday allows Zimmer to express a delightfully fresh palette of light and jazzy material while maintaining a powerful emotional weight throughout the score.

While this is technically a Christmas film, the music itself is not overly Christmas-ey. This is a score you can easily listen to any time of year.
